We will check the information you have provided to ensure that there are no issues or questions. If we need to clarify anything, we will contact you.
Site Survey
We will need to come to your property to carry out a site survey and check we have Clear Line of Sight to our transmission station. We will contact you via email in the next few days to arrange this!
Installation date
Once the survey stage is complete we will contact you to arrange an installation date. On this day an engineer will arrive and install the equipment and show you how to connect your devices to your new superfast broadband.
