We’ll check your order
We will check the information you have provided to ensure that there are no issues or questions. If we need to clarify anything, we will contact you.
Your Number
If you have asked us to port your number, we will start the process for this and keep you updated throughout the number porting process.
If not, we will provide a new telephone number for you.
Activation date
We will then provide you a service activation date. We will also arrange to get your ATA adapter and/or VoIP details to you, prior to this date.
